Workshop Information

Using our workshop is straightforward! Either show up and join the queue (bikes purchased from us get priority) or advance book your repair or service either via our form or by phone.

Please remember if extra parts or time are required we cannot guarantee it will be done on the booked day- but we will assess, order parts and start the process immediately.We aim to complete all workshop jobs as quickly as possible while maintaining high standards of work. Bikes requiring race support or preparation for a holiday should be in at least two weeks before your event or trip. We always phone when work is complete and tested. No work is carried out without your permission.

You can either bring your bike into the shop or book using the form above. Booking helps us manage workshop time.
How long will my service take? +
Minor repairs usually take 24–48 hours. Full services typically take 2–4 days depending on parts and workshop workload.
Do you service all types of bikes? +
Yes. We service mountain bikes, gravel bikes, road bikes and e-bikes from most major brands.
Do I need to clean my bike before bringing it in? +
Please bring bikes reasonably clean so our mechanics can properly assess the work required.
Will you contact me before doing additional work? +
Yes. If additional parts or labour are required we will always contact you before carrying out the work.
Can I just bring my bike in without booking? +
Yes, but bikes purchased from us receive priority in the workshop queue.
